Implementing Organizational Project Management (OPM)
At any given moment, businesses are susceptible to change. They may be facing record growth or loss through downsizing, the need to shape-shift or the charge to move the needle with priorities that matter most to the business. Join us for this three-part seminar exploring how and why organizational project management (OPM) provides a sound structure for overseeing the three OPM domains – Project, Program and Portfolio Management – as primary support mechanisms planning and executing strategy.
Essential Questions addressed in this three-part seminar:
- What is Organizational Project Management? (OPM)
- Why establish an OPM framework?
- What distinguishes projects, programs, and portfolios?
- What is strategy?
- What role does OPM play in supporting strategy?
About the Facilitator
Keisha Sheedy, M.Ed., PMP, CSM, CSPO is proud to serve as Director at a nonprofit organization in New Hampshire. She is a former higher education professional of eighteen years. Keisha has served as a Board and Advisory Committee member for multiple nonprofit organizations focusing largely on programming, governance, and strategic planning. Keisha is an avid supporter of the arts and has been involved with grant-funded arts projects focused on equity, inclusion, and healing. She is also an entrepreneur, having founded smART SOULutions, LLC to work with cultural arts nonprofit groups on mission, strategy, futures literacy, special projects, and operational coherence. Keisha is honored to be the 1000th alumni of Leadership NH, class of 2021. Keisha is an actress, recently acting a leading support role in the multi award-winning indie film from Pack of Dogs Productions entitled Finding Faith, which was an official selection of the Lonely Seal, Culver City, and Silicon Beach Film Festivals in 2023.
