Major focus: Discussion and assessment on what performance management is and how to utilize to develop team members for the positive while also knowing how/when to have difficult conversations to manage poor performance.

 

Learner Outcomes

In this session you will:

      • Assess the pros and cons of performance management and how to utilize to enhance high performance while also being a medium to address poor performance
      • Analyze how to use the performance management cycle/process to further develop team members through delegation
      • Discover strategies on how to address poor performance and “quiet quitting”
