Program Overview

This session focuses on developing effective leadership communication skills, with a particular emphasis on achieving tangible results within a team. You’ll progress from understanding foundational concepts to applying them in the workplace, including recognizing, and adapting to various communication styles.

SESSION OBJECTIVES

  1. Learn the Basics: Understand the importance of achieving shared understanding in communication to align teams and enhance performance.
  2. Define Communication: Discuss the definition of communication and emphasize the significance of Leader's Intent in effective leadership.
  3. Practice Clear Communication: Emphasize the principle that "clearer is kinder" and explore how leaders can be demanding without being demeaning as a basis for achieving results through communication.
  4. Recognize Communication Styles: Learn to recognize various communication styles using tools such as DiSC.
