This session covers the critical fundamentals of conflict resolution and the process of ending disputes and reaching an agreement that satisfies all parties involved. Recognizing that disputes can be beneficial to an organization, leaders must ensure fair consideration for all points of view. We'll explore how you can build trust reduce workplace friction by acknowledging the organizational value of cultural and generational differences.

  2. Honing Intercultural Communication Skills: Learn how active listening, nonverbal communications and a clarification and confirmation approach will benefit a multicultural workplace.
  3. Team Building: Learn some easy ways you can build trust, generate goodwill and boost productivity
  4. Managing Dysfunction: Learn how to identify the root causes of dysfunction and the power of communication openly and honestly.
