In the business world, projects are a primary vehicle for delivering results.  The success of projects is highly dependent on the project team as well as project manager.  This seminar is targeted at both important parts of the project team:

For the Team Member – This seminar will provide useful skills and tools and to help you to be more effective in contributing to successful project planning and execution.
For the Project Manager – This seminar will similarly provide tools and processes to enable project managers to integrate contributions from team members and manage their projects successfully.
