If you are curious about a career in Project Management, this is a valuable introductory seminar.  It will give you a solid idea of what's involved with formal Project Management so that you can determine if the Professional Certificate in Project Management is right for you.  Or, perhaps you've been charged with leading a project or being part of a project team.  You want to make sure you know how to succeed and bring value to the project charter.

In the business world, projects are a primary vehicle for delivering results.  The success of projects is highly dependent on the project team as well as project manager.  This seminar is targeted at both important parts of the project team:
