About the Facilitator
Elana Feldman, Ph.D. (@elanafeldman) is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Manning School of Business. Her research examines time/temporality in organizational contexts and how people relate to one another at work. Dr. Feldman is a founder and steering committee member of the international Positive Relationships at Work (PRW) Microcommunity. She is also a Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Positive Organizations at the Ross School of Business (University of Michigan). Dr. Feldman's research has been published in journals such as Harvard Business Review, Organization Science, Academy of Management Annals, Group & Organization Management, and MIT Sloan Management Review. Her research has been covered by Fast Company, The Atlantic, Business Insider, and World Economic Forum (among others). Dr. Feldman holds a Ph.D. in Management from Boston University and a B.A. in Anthropology/Biology from Brown University. Prior to her academic career, Dr. Feldman worked as a consultant and market analyst in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry as well as in the areas of talent management and leadership.
