LEAD.MOD3 - Leadership Workshop: Breaking Barriers, Building Teams
Program Overview
Seminar Overview
People are the greatest asset of any organization, yet how to build a highly functioning team tends to elude many. There is no “magic” to creating a great team, but there are some very practical techniques to understand how a group becomes a unified, high-performing team.
In this session, you will:
- Gain a clear understanding of how a group becomes a unified, high-performing team
- Increase buy-in from team members and stakeholders by leveraging the connection between trust, conflict, and accountability
- Understand how to drive accountability between team members and stakeholders
We will explore Tuckman's Stages of Group Development; Patrick Lencioni's concept of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; and the best-selling Everything DiSC behavioral assessment.
